Complaints
We want everyone to have a good experience at Surfcoast All Abilities. If something goes wrong, we want to know so we can put it right.
You can raise a concern or complaint with any committee member, or by contacting us using the details in the footer.
Tell us what happened, when it happened, and what you would like to see done. You can ask a family member, carer or friend to help you make a complaint.
We will listen, treat you with respect, and keep your complaint confidential as far as we can.
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within a few days and to work with you to resolve it fairly and promptly.
If your complaint is about the safety of a child, we act straight away and report to the authorities where required.
If you are not happy with how we handle your complaint, you can ask for it to be reviewed by the committee, or raise it with the relevant external body.
